Easy Smoothie Recipes With Kale

Now, we all know kale's multitude of health benefits: beta carotene, vitamin C, calcium and antioxidents are packed into the leafy green. But kale also helps cut a smoothie's sweetness from fruit and adds fiber to keep you full.

This apple pineapple express smoothie gets a bump of omega-3 fatty acids, protein and fiber from chia seeds. The pineapple and apple lend the smoothie that tropical taste of summer.

Try this chocolate tahini no bake smoothie if you're craving something sweeter. Sure, the smoothie has cacao powder and cacao nibs for a chocolate-y kick. But the tahini, oats, apple and kale keep this smoothie healthful.
