By creating an account with Nextdoorganics, Inc., you are accepting these Terms of Service. Terms can be changed and implemented at any time and will be published via the Nextdoorganics website at http://www.nextdoorganics.com/policies/

- Duration of Service. By creating a Nextdoorganics account, a member agrees to receive an order based on the schedules selected for subscriptions listed in the member account.
- Standing Order. In a Nextdoorganics account, a member selects subscriptions for regular orders of produce as well as options for eggs, cheese, bread, etc. Orders come automatically via the method of pick-up or delivery chosen on the schedules chosen (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).
- Web store. In addition to a member’s standing order, products will be available for additional purchase at http://www.farmigo.com/store/nextdoorganics/csa and can be selected for inclusion just in a member’s upcoming order.
- Allergies. All Basic, Small+, Medium+, Large+, Fruit, Juicing, and Pantry packages are gluten-free, meat-free, and dairy-free. Any items that a member would like to not be included in their produce package contents can email their request to [email protected].
- Pick-ups. Pick-up locations are managed by volunteers who will help you find your bag. They cannot address any member account changes. If a member is late to pick up an order, the order is forfeited and cannot be refunded. Nextdoorganics volunteers do not leave any orders at pick-up locations to be picked up after the time window.
- Deliveries. Deliveries will be scheduled based on a member’s delivery location and will be dropped off in a window of time listed here: http://www.farmigo.com/join/nextdoorganics/csa. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure the package is received in the scheduled timeframe. All packages will be left at the address indicated on the member account. Nextdoorganics is not liable should a package go missing after it has been left at the address indicated in the member account. Any special delivery instructions can be emailed to [email protected].
- Produce Quality. Members should request credits for any damaged produce or package contents as soon as they notice them.
- Email and Text Communication. Nextdoorganics sends automatic emails regarding upcoming orders including a list of what the package contents could be on the day before the expected delivery. We also send courtesy reminder text messages on the day of the pick-up or delivery. Non-receipt of these texts messages related to an expected order in the member account is not to indicate the order has changed status; technological limitations make texts an unreliable indicator of your actual order status. Texts are better thought of as courtesy reminders.
- Holding orders. A member can place an account on hold for any amount of time by clicking the ‘Delivery Hold’ tab (for both home deliveries and orders picked up from pick-up locations). All Holds must be placed at least 4 days in advance of the next order date.
- Cancelation. There is no cancelation fee. Cancelations must be submitted 4 days prior to the next order date. Requests for cancelation can be submitted to [email protected].
- Customer Service. All member questions or concerns should be sent to [email protected].
- Volunteers. There are volunteer opportunities for members to earn a $1 credit on their member account for each bag they help distribute from their designated locationEmail [email protected] to find out when an opportunity is available.
- Advertising privacy: As you browse Nextdoorganics.com, advertising cookies will be placed on your computer so that we can understand what you are interested in. Our display advertising partner, AdRoll, then enables us to present you with retargeted advertising on other sites based on your previous interaction with Nextdoorganics.com. The techniques our advertising partners employ do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, postal address, or telephone number. You can visit this page to opt out of AdRoll’s and their partners’ targeted advertising.
- Personal information privacy: In order to serve you fully, we use the contact information provided on your Nextdoorganics account to provide you with important information regarding billing, ordering, and delivery of your packages, along with weekly updates regarding local events and product availability updates. Aside from our third party billing partner, Farmigo, no other party has access to your personal information and we do not sell or share personal member information for any reason.
