Insourcing Nextdoorganics’ Home Delivery

If you’re a Nextdoorganics member, your weekly packages of fresh, local food are either waiting for you at a NYC pick-up location or delivered to your home. If you’re not a Nextdoorganics member, sign up here.

Our home delivery process has changed in two very exciting ways. First, we now have our very own Nextdoorganics truck. Second, we now have our very own cargo delivery team!

Because of this change, all home deliveries will now be made between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Monday through Friday.

This change will make the delivery process more seamless - for both us as producers and for you as members.

Moving forward, all of our delivery systems will be fully streamlined and focused solely on serving Nextdoorganics members. Our delivery system now handles all scheduling, routing, communication and delivery. Ultimately, this allows for us to have more credibility and control when it comes to getting your weekly food packages to your doorstep.

NDO Drivers Needed

We’re excited about this new change, and we need your help getting our new cargo truck up and running!

Are you ready to become an integral part of the Nextdoorganics Team? Do you have an interest in sustainable food systems, agriculture, and contributing to our community? Were looking for someone who:

Has experience driving a truck or large van.
Has extensive city driving experience.
Is physically fit, as this position requires lifting.
Is mature, responsible, reliable, punctual and flexible.
Communicates well, both openly and respectfully.
Has availability in the afternoons, starting at approximately 3 p.m. Mon-Thurs and 12 p.m. on Fridays (Routes generally run until early evening).
And can make an ongoing commitment to NDO as we grow!
