Subscriptions purchased from our webstore will be charged each Thursdaythe week prior to delivery in order for the funds to clear and be delivered to farmers.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with details on the timing of your first pickup, which will generally be starting on the day that you select in the next calendar week after your order is placed.
Cancellations and pauses or modifications of ongoing subscriptions must be made before 5pm on Friday in order to take effect for the following week. If the subscription is paused or cancelled before the cut-off, any charges that make have gone through for the following week subscription will be refunded. Past the cutoff time, orders are non-refundable. If you find out that you are unable to pick-up or receive your package, please make alternate arrangements to have someone pickup for you or email firstname.lastname@example.org as early as possible in order to have your package re-routed to a different location. Subscription changes and modifications can be made easily by cancelling from your account dashboard and re-subscribing for a new plan with different options.
