Seasonal, local eating gets exciting in Springtime! Garlic starts popping up in beds after over-wintering, spinach and lettuces are able to start growing in the ground again, hoophouses get their tomatoes and peppers, and lots of fun things start to get planted in seed trays!

Our year-round CSA is currently fit for Spring offering weekly $25-50 packages that include a reasonable mix of all these items to help make cohesive dishes for your week:
~ gorgeous early veggies and herbs from local and regional organic farms
~ dark greens and lettuces from Skyfarms, a new rooftop hydroponic farm in the Bronx
~ beans, grains, seeds, and nuts that pair well with each week's veggies
~ small-batch foods that help turn all that stuff into some great meals
~ prepared foods for the other times
We also offer outdoor wood fired bread from Roberta's in your standing order as well as add-ons at pick-ups like pastured eggs, farmstand cheeses through Saxelby Cheesemongers, grass-fed creamline yoghurt, and a variety of small batch shelf stable and fresh products from local producers.
